Founded Faith Bee Saxophone ProShop in 2013. Created a series of saxophone teaching methods that promotes the appropriate way of basic musical instrument learning and playing.
Graduated from Tamkang Senior High School’s Music Program and Shi Chien University Department of Music majoring in the Saxophone.

Notable Achievements
2013 – Performed as a soloist with the Shi Chien University Alumini Wind Band
2012 – Invited Japanese Saxophonist Masanori Oishi to Taiwan and held masterclasses and workshops as well as a joint concert. The events were huge successes with the concert selling out and giving the audience in Taiwan a new musical experience.
2011 – Ministry of Defense Army Band Saxophone Player
2009 – Graduated from Shi Chien University Department of Music
Invited to play in the World Saxophone Congress and premiered a quartet piece at the event. Also performed “White Heron” which is a Taiwanese original piece which was well received. Part of the “Chao Ling Jing” Saxophone Group.
Was also invited to Osaka, Japan to perform in the same year.
2008 – Took part in the 2nd International Jean-Marie Londiex Saxophone Competition
Took part in a competition held by the “Chao Ling Jing” Saxophone Group and formed the Gardenland Saxophone Quartet as the leader and won first place with the performance of “Sevilla”.
2007 – Part of the Asian Youth Orchestra which is a premier pre-professional orchestra and toured Hong Kong, Zhong Shang, Shanghai, Beijing, Sichuan, Tokyo, Fukuoka, Kobe, Nagoya and Hiroshima. Performed in world class concert halls and performed notable works of Russian Composer Mussorgsky’s “Pictures at an Exhibition”.
2006 – Placed 3rd at the first National Concerto Competition held by the Taipei Wind Orchestra and Symphonic Band.
Performed with the Shi Chien University Wind Ensemble and toured in countries such as Austria, Vienna and Prague as well as participated in various competitions and placed fourth in the European Championship for Wind Orchestras with Wei as the principal saxophone player. Played “Armenian Dances”, “Tanabata” and “The Temple Square” by Taiwanese Composer Lee Che-Yi.
2005 – Won 1st place in the woodwinds section in the National Xing Tian Gong Music Competition and was invited to hold a solo concert.
Entered Shi Chien University Department of Music with the highest mark of all examinees. Was invited to play as a soloist with the school orchestra and played the Glazunov Saxophone Concerto which was well received.
Placed 2nd in Taiwan Band Association 2005 competition saxophone group.
Placed 1st in the 2nd Taipei Asia Pacific Band Association Competition.
Performed with the Taipei Philharmonic Saxophone Quartet Saxtory and played a concerto.
2004 – Placed 1st in the 1st Taipei Asia Pacific Band Association Competition.
2003 – Placed 2nd (no 1st place) in the National Xing Tian Gong Music Competition, Youth Group.
