From Taipei and started playing the saxophone in high school. Graduated from National Chiayi University Department of Music majoring in the saxophone and minoring in jazz performing and vocals.
Has performed in a variety of settings including wind ensembles, jazz ensembles, chamber music and choirs during his studies. Took part in the school’s yearly concert in an important role throughout the 4 years there. Also formed the “Chiayi Saxophone Group” and gave performances in the middle and southern parts of Taiwan including the Maison De Chine Hotel in Chiayi.
After graduation in 2017 he was admissioned to the Fu Jen Cathlotic University Master in Jazz Music Program and is currently the Tenor Saxophone player for the school’s jazz ensemble.
Teaching Experience
Shixian Elementary School, Yunlin Cao Ling Ecological Elementary School and the Tian Guo Marching Band.
Also taught at the Taipei Municipal Sanxing Elementary School and has teaching experience in more than 20 other elementary/junior high school bands.
Currently teaching at Chueiyang Elementary School and Hai-Hu Elementary School as a band and jazz band instructor respectively.

2015 – Top prize winner at the Taichung Chiayi Music Carnival Saxophone Competition.
